Important Disclaimer: Nearway Creations or Pelawaha.lk is NOT a matchmaking agency, marriage broker, or matrimonial agent. We do not manually arrange marriages, guarantee matches, or conduct background checks beyond the initial ID verification for platform security. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and communicating with other users or vendors.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and true information during the registration process.
- Creating fake profiles, impersonating others, or providing false contact details will result in immediate permanent account termination.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4. Payments and Fees
- Our pricing structure is transparent. Proposal profiles require a one-time fee, and Classified ads are billed annually.
- All payments made to Nearway Creations are non-refundable once the profile or ad has been successfully published on the platform, as the digital advertising service is deemed rendered.
- We reserve the right to modify our pricing, but such changes will not affect active users who have already paid.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
By uploading photos, text, and details to Pelawaha.lk, you grant Nearway Creations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this content on our platform for the purpose of digital advertising. You retain ownership of your content. The website design, logo, and platform code are the exclusive property of Nearway Creations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nearway Creations shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by the classified vendors, nor do we guarantee the success of finding a partner through our advertising space.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice or refund if we detect a violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or fraudulent behavior.
